HCA's giving philosophy is centered around building engagement and strengthening the relationships we have with each other and the communities where we live and work.
HCA provides every opportunity to be Better Together and support our team members’
philanthropic passions through company-paid Volunteer Time Off and our Community Fund, providing time and funds for team members to lead volunteer events and support the causes they care about.
HCA Leaders are also encouraged to organize philanthropic events for their departments and teams that promote connection while giving back to the community.
Volunteer Time Off
Team members are provided with a dedicated 8 hours of paid time off annually to support a charitable organization of their choice. Upon completion of 8 hours of individual volunteer service, HCA will make a direct financial contribution to the team member’s chosen charity.
HCA Leaders Give Back
Our leaders show their support by donating their time and resources to a variety of local and national nonprofit organizations including Boys and Girls Club, CASA, Child Creativity Lab, Girls of Excellence, and more.
