Rock 'N' Talk
Rock ‘n Talk is a way to connect with co-workers and hear important business updates from HCA leaders in a fun, relaxed setting. Employees enjoy music, food and refreshments, and mingle with colleagues at several events throughout the year. The Rock ‘n Talk program initially launched in the California HCA locations and recently expanded to include the Dallas and Atlanta sites.
HCA Connect, our employee activity clubs program, is designed to help our employees break through silos and build connections that transcend teams and departments. The clubs are employee-initiated and led based on interests they share with their coworkers, and they receive financial support from HCA based on participation. We now have over 30 clubs representing a diverse array of interests. Close to 1,000 employees are currently enrolled in one or more clubs, meaning over 60% of HCA is connected!
Family Culture Experience
The Family Culture Experience (FCE) is a fun family adventure. Employees are invited to form teams of three and submit a proposal for a local excursion or experience for them and their families. Make it a day-trip to a museum or theme park, take your family to see that show you have always talked about, go to the local art walk, or spend some time together outdoors. Judges will select the most original and creative proposals. FCE gives HCA families of all types the opportunity to connect in a fun and exciting way while making a unique and special memory
HCA Kids Camp
HCA Kids Camp creates a connection between our company and our greatest asset, our people, with what they value most, their families. Children between the ages of 7-17 spend a day at the office together, learning about the organization where their parents work and participating in a variety of engaging activities that highlight HCA's culture.
